KCC does not accept paper
applications for any posted vacancies. The
application process involves two important
steps:
1) completing and saving your
online application and
2) submitting an online
application and attaching all required documents to be
considered for advertised positions.
Attachments must be Microsoft Word (.doc),
Adobe (.pdf) or Rich Text (.rtf) format and
should be no more than 2 mb in size.

Creating an application is
only a part of the application process. Read
over the position information carefully. To
be considered for a position you
must submit your application and all
required documentation for a
specific position.
§
Once you apply for a
position, you cannot edit your application
for that position. Edits are only for future
positions for which you apply.
§
An e-mail address is required
to complete the application process.
§
Kellogg Community College
conducts background checks on finalists.
§
The College has community
computers and scanners available at the
Battle Creek campus in the
library. You will need to provide picture ID
at the reference/circulation desk to use the
equipment.
Community
computers are also available at the
Eastern Academic Center in Albion,
the
Fehsenfeld Center in Hastings, and
the
Grahl Center in Coldwater.
§
You may check with your local Public Library
on availability of computers. The Willard
Library in Battle Creek, Michigan, has
computers available to the public. If you
live in Battle Creek, you must have a
library card which is free. If you live
outside of Battle Creek, you
must have a license or some other type of
picture ID with your address. Time limits
are 1 hour. Computer time can be renewed up
to 4 hours as long as no one else is
waiting.
